| Great location-intimate and cosy facilities as in bar, restaurant and terraces.Room was a reasonable size, very clean and comfortable just a little lack -lustre.We ate from the Bistro menu in restaurant-above average but a tad expensive.Personal and friendly service from all.This is a nice well run hotel with no glamour but lots of charm. | |

| WE STAYED AT HOTEL NEAR XMAS 2003. SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS. BAR AREA WARM,RELAXING AND COMFORTABLE.THE FOOD WAS ALSO FANTASTIC !! BE BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. | |

| Had a lovely stay here, comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive at all times. Did not stay for any food as I thought it was quite expensive but after being out on the tiles there was only one small bottle of water in the room! | |

| EXCELLENT LOCATION,A FEW PACES TO BRITISH MUSEUM,A SHORT WALK TO COVENT GARDEN.HOTEL WAS VERY COMFORTABLE,WITH A LOVELY DECKED AREA AT THE BACK PERFECT FOR SUNNY DAYS AND BALMY NIGHTS,LOVELY FOOD WITH A DIFFERENCE HAD STEAK WITH RED WINE ICE CREAM...YUMMY | |
